How does different kinds of music affect how long you sleep? (science fair project help)?

Question: that's my 8th grade science fair project but i have no info on it and i really don't know how to start at all.. can someone give me some backround info this type of thing/ good websites and stuff? thanks..

Answer: well up beat music makes u sleep longer but soft music makes u sleep more rough like u cant stay still during ur sleep

Question: I'm doing a school report on an article that focuses on the science of sleep, and I have to identify what field it's categorized in. So some examples of fields are biology, environment, space, chemistry, physics, etc. but what would the study of sleep (more specifically insomnia) be under?

Answer: In the most general sense it would be biology or medicine. The specific name for the study of sleep is somnology.
