Looking for an MP3 player that has a sleep feature?
Question: I like to fall asleep listening to a book on tape. However, the Creative Muvo I currently use will play all night and doesnt let me sleep as deep as I would like. Does anyone know of a MP3 Player with a sleep option like my TV set where I can set the player to automatically shut off after a preset time? I want to go to sleep listening to a story but I do not wantmy sleep interupted all night.Answer: iPod.
Will it ruin your ears if you sleep with an mp3 on?
Question: Music helps me fall asleep sooooo much faster than just sitting there staring at the roof, I usually fall asleep with my earphones in my ear. but lately they have been bugging me. could I have ruined my ears?Answer: You may have irritated them by rolling over onto the earphones or something, but I doubt you've ruined them. As long as you keep the volume pretty low it's perfectly safe to sleep with them in. I've worn earplugs or earphones to bed constantly for years and I've had no problems.
