Can a sleep mask offer any kind of relief for my eye allergies?
Question: I have lots of allergies, especially in my eyes. Am mainly allergic to dust and dust mite. Will a sleep mask offer any kind of relief for these kinds of allergies. If so, what kind of material should i get the sleep mask and where can i buy one? Thank YOU in advance. am already taking otc eye drops, i just want to really know if a sleep mask can help in any way at all.Answer: It may help your eyes some. I sleep with one alot and it helps me sleep better. Walmart has some in the health and beauty area. I would recommend one made out of cotton. Sweet dreams! :)
Does a sleep mask and ear plugs help me sleep better?
Question: Should I buy a sleep mask and ear plugs? Would it give me better sleep? Are there differences for sleep masks?Answer: it is diffrent form person to person some people find that sleep mask and ear plugs helps as it blocks out sound and light. If you have problems sleeping at night i would give it a go. (say if you can see light peering through you door or window them that may casue to not be able to get to sleep. so in that case a sleep mask will work......however some people like me find a sleep mask and ear plugs a distaction and cant stop thinking about them so i cant get to sleep. you need to get a soft sleep mask as the plastic ones will rub and cause uncomfort therefore making it harder to sleep.. as for better sleep alot of people dont have a good enough matress and its really hard or soft and not to your liking. another reason some people dont sleep is they are not warm enough during sleep so get a nice blanket.. hope this helps
