Sleep Disorder?

Question: I wake up restless and unrefreshed all the time. I never get a good nights rest and I want to know why. I go to bed at 10:30 and wake up at 6:00 I think that's plenty of rest. Anyone know if I could have a possible sleep disorder? Thanks!

Answer: Ask your doc for ambien...not the new CR, the old one..10mg....miracle drug!

Question: i have sleep disorder.i mean at night i can't sleep even i am very tired but in the morning or afternoon,i'm lazy to wake up as these time i will have better sleep.how to solve?

Answer: Cut out your caffeine intake.
