Temp drop 3dpo by a full degree? Following day it only went up by .5?

Question: This is my third cycle on clomid. Last month I did ovulate on 100mg. This month Dr. has put me on 150mg. Clomid day 3-7, followed by 6mg of estrogen days 8-14, followed by progesterone days 18-? On day 14 I did ovulate with pos opk the day before and an increase in temp From 96.5 to 97.6 on day 17, 3dpo my temp dropped to 96.5. Followed the next day with 96.9, and 96.8. So it went up by half a degree. My question is if this is normal and is there still a chance I'm pregnant. I have read that the decrease in estrogen after ovulating will cause a temp drop, called a fallback, but I thought it would bounce back to normal after 3 days. I started the progesterone last night so I'm sure tomorrow temp will be back up. I have not found any websites or help online regarding charting temps while taking fertility drugs, other than just clomid alone. I'm at my wits ends with this all, between the weight gain and emotional mess, Im in need of good news. Thanks and sorry for the rambling

Question: I definitely ovulated (temp rise and ultrasound) we had a perfectly timed iui but after two temp increases I had a huge drop below the coverline. I am worried but also read that vivelle dot estrogen patches can mess with temps.. Today 4 dpo it went up from 96.5 to 98.0..thanks for the answers!
