After trying to get pregnant on ovulation day I got pelvic pain, is this implantation?

Question: Hello everyone! I have been trying to get pregnant and I tried to get pregnant on my ovulation day, after trying that day, the next day I started to feel small pains that come and go.. My lower back area by the hips would get tired, could this be implantation? I am still feeling these pain sensations today(which is my second day of pain). Your input is really appreciated!

Answer: Inplantation does not occur until 6-12 days past ovulation. The next day after ovulation would not be implantation.....way too soon.

Is it possible for implantation to occur six days after possible conception?

Question: I had unprotected sex last week and was wondering how soon implantation should happen. I have been feeling tired, have mild cramping and light spotting. please help.

Answer: 7-10 days is about average from the time the egg is fertilized until implantation. However, since this is average, there are certainly instances of implantation sooner than 7 days as well as later than 10 days. It is not impossible for pregnancy symptoms to begin quickly, but usually they don't show up until around the time a period is missed or after. Many things, such as fatigue, cramping, and spotting can also go along with PMS even if you've never had them before. So, it is certainly possible for you to be experiencing pregnancy symptoms, but you may want to wait and see if you have a period before attributing these symptoms to pregnancy.
