implantation cramps 3 dpoSleep Forum - Questions & AnswersWhat can cause mild period cramping 3 DPO? Can implantation occur this soon?Question: I have had mild peiod cramps that come & go all day. My normal Menstral cramps are stronger & I have to take motrin to make the cramps go away. These cramps are mild & remind me of the cramping I felt with my last pregnancy....thing is I'm only 3 dpo. Can implantation happen this early?Answer: It can, I had implantation cramping 2-3 dpo and was indeed pregnant. Take the test in about 11 days. Also, motrin is generally NOT considered safe for pregnancy as it can cause birth defects. If you need something for pain, Tylenol (acetaminophen) is the only pain medication recommended as safe for pregnancy, so I recommend taking that unless you are otherwise contraindicated. Hope this helps. Best of luck and lots of baby dust. ![]() Implantation cramps on right side @ 7-8 dpo?Question: My last period was either March 26th or March 27th so my conception date should have been April 9 or April 10 & 3-5 dpo I had dull cramps on my left side but they stopped but today 7-8 dpo I had cramps on my right side. Could it be implantation cramping?? We are TTC #3 & I never noticed cramping with my first 2.Answer: I had my LMP on March 26th too and I have a 28-day cycle. been having those pains too and very mild, almost unnoticeable cramping since 6 dpo. TMI: on 8 dpo i had some yellow discharge and then from 5 dpo I've been having lots of creamy cm which is unusual, am usually very dry from ovulation till a day before af. then now my boobs really hurt. . .
