Cervix; high or low can mean pregnancy?

Question: Okay so I have been attempting to chart my cervix placement for the past couple of months. Last month it went up high right around the time of ovulation and then about 2 days later came back lower. This month it is still up high at 8 dpo. I know that there are not guarantees but does a high cervix suggest pregnancy? I have read that if it stays high that can be a good sign. It is so high that I can't even reach it to check to see if it is open or closed. I am experiencing any symptoms other than being hungry and an increase in the lotion like cm and cramps in my right side (they aren't quite like period cramps or anything; just like mild cramps that come and go throughout the day since about 6 dpo). I am also bloated but this could be a PMS symptom. I know you guys can't say yes or no I was just wondering if anyone had a high cervix and found out later that they had in fact conceived.

Answer: from what i've read, high cervix means pregnancy. but i have had periods that came when my cervix was high. so i don't really recommend using it as a symptom checker. only way to find out is through an HPT.

8 DPO, what happened to you?

Question: I'm posting my question in this forum rather than the TTC forum because I only want experienced answers, not someone's guess. I'm currently TTC and I believe that I am 8 DPO. These are my symptoms and I was wondering if you could tell me what you think about them or if you experienced them yourselves and were indeed pregnant. Besides that, if anyone knows anything about the cervix in early pregnancy? Mine is Very high and very soft. O'd on 8/23. 2 DPO ~ Watery CM 3 DPO ~ Watery CM 4 DPO ~ Watery CM/Skin Break Out 5 DPO ~ Watery CM/Skin Break Out/High,Soft Cervix 6 DPO ~ Creamy CM/Skin Break Out/Cramps/Couldn't fall asleep until 4am and woke up at 8am/Boobs feel heavy or fuller. 7 DPO ~ Creamy CM/Skin Break Out/Cramps/Fatigue/Gassy/Frequent Urination/Emotional 8 DPO ~ Lotion Like CM/Cramps/Very High, Very Soft Cervix/Frequent Urination/Diarrhea/Woke up with sore throat/Slight Headache/Increased Hunger/Increased Thirst I know there are women in the TTC room that have other children, but for the most part I just get those "Go to the doctor" and "take a test answers"

Answer: Its very possible you are pregnant, but the best way to know is to take a test. The first thing I noticed were breast tenderness with my son, with my daughter I didn't have any signs but that of a cold.
